This Privacy Policy explains how PlaceHealth Global, a sole-trader Occupational Health consultancy,  collects, uses, stores and protects personal information.

Occupational Health information is handled confidentially. Reports provided to an employer or  referring organisation will contain information relevant to the purpose of the referral and will not  normally include unnecessary medical details. 

Information will not be disclosed to third parties without appropriate consent or another lawful  basis, unless I am legally required to do so.

  • The organisation that has referred you, where appropriate. 

  • Relevant healthcare or professional services where necessary and lawful. 

  • Service providers who support the operation of the business, such as secure IT, email or  accounting services. 

  • Regulators, insurers or authorities where there is a legal or professional requirement. PlaceHealth will not sell your personal information.
